How do I make a booking?

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. Your service date will be confirmed once we receive the deposit.

What are the payment options?

We accept direct bank transfers and cash.

2. Changes and Cancellations

What if I need to change the date or cancel?

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule, we will transfer your details and payments to the new date if the artist is available. Please note, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

3. Preparation for Your Session

What do I need to prepare for my makeup and hair session?

If you’re thinking about trying a new facial treatment, it’s best to schedule it at least two months before your event. This gives you ample time to recover from any potential skin reactions. Additionally, Opt for a trial with the products you intend to use to confirm they are compatible with your skin type.

Skin: Ensure your face is moisturized; use a facial mask the night before but avoid new products to prevent allergic reactions.
Continue with your regular skincare but avoid sunscreen before the session.

Hydration: Avoid drinking water after 8 PM the night before to minimize puffiness.

Hair: Wash your hair without conditioner the day before.

Eyes: Avoid lash extensions as they can complicate eye makeup application; colored contact lenses are recommended to enhance eye brightness.

4. Preparation Details

What time will you have me ready on my wedding day?

We generally finish styling 1 to 1.5 hours before your event starts. Please inform us if you have specific timing preferences.

How much time should I prepare for makeup and hair?

• Event makeup & hair: Approximately 2 hours.
• Bridal makeup & hair: Approximately 2.5 hours.
• Bridesmaids & moms’ makeup & hair: Approximately 1 hour.
• Men’s makeup & hair: Approximately 0.5 hours.
  Please note that duration may vary depending on the style of makeup and hair, and individual needs.

How far is too far for you to travel?

We have not encountered a location too far yet. We have traveled as far as Victor Harbour, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Do you offer veils and accessories?

We offer veils and accessories as part of her makeup and hair services. These items are included to complement and complete the overall look for any special occasion, ensuring each client feels stunning and perfectly styled.
Please note that these items need to be returned after the event.
